Poet visits Westlake Elementary School  LISA ADAMS/The Acorn 'POETRY IS MY LIFE'-Francisco X. Alarcon, a finalist for this year's California State Poet Laureate, shows Westlake Elementary School students the artwork in one of his children's poetry books during a recent reading at the school. Many sixth graders will start middle school next the fall.
