Principal is all wet
     ADAM DAVIS/The Acorn ADMINISTRATOR WILL DO ANYTHING FOR BUCKS--Willow Elementary School Principal Brent Noyes keeps his promise and goes into a dunk tank after the school generated $21,800 in a fundraising drive. Noyes was smart, though, he was properly attired in a wet suit. Local children only have about another week of classes and then summer break will begin.

Poet visits Westlake Elementary School
     LISA ADAMS/The Acorn 'POETRY IS MY LIFE'-Francisco X. Alarcon, a finalist for this year's California State Poet Laureate, shows Westlake Elementary School students the artwork in one of his children's poetry books during a recent reading at the school. Award-winning year for AHS dancers
     GRACEFUL GIRLS SHINE IN DANCE COMPETITIONS--In only their second year, the Agoura High School Dance Team won a trophy in all five of the competitions they entered.
