In the 28400 block of Roadside Drive between midnight and 1:55 a.m. April 26, two vehicle tires were slashed (a loss of $300). Between 4 and 4:30 p.m. April 28 on Strawberry Hill Drive, a baseball bat and gloves were left unattended on a greenbelt. When the victim returned from getting something to drink, the items were gone (a loss of $280). Eggs were thrown at a vehicle on Quaint Street the afternoon of April 28. The damage was estimated at $275. A scooter valued at $100 was stolen the night of April 28 from a Conejo View Drive carport. Calabasas A possible suspect was named after two diamond rings valued at $17,500 were stolen from a Prado de Los Arboles home between April 13 and 27. No signs of forced entry were observed. Vandal(s) plugged sink drains in an upstairs restroom of an office building in the 23400 block of Park Sorrento and left faucets running between 11:45 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. April 20. Water damages totaled a loss of $7,000. Three juveniles are possible suspects. Glass doors were pried open at a drugstore in the 4700 block of Commons Way at 2:17 a.m. May 1 (when a burglar alarm went off) and $6,400 worth of cigarettes were stolen. Two similar thefts have occurred within the last month, the report said, at the same chain-store in Agoura Hills. On N. Lost Springs Drive between April 26 and 28, loot valued at $2,280 was stolen from a garage. No signs of forced entry were observed. Among the stolen items were ski boots and accessories, a tool box and tools, and golf clubs. A laptop computer was stolen (possibly by a cleaning crew) in the 26900 block of Agoura Road between April 10 and 12. The loss to the business was $1,200. While a business office was being re-carpeted and repainted between April 19 and 22 in the 23900 block of Calabasas Road, a computer valued at $1,000 was stolen. The loss was $100 after graffiti was spray painted on a truck on Las Virgenes Road between April 22 and 29. A victim left her purse on the counter of a restaurant between 8 and 8:20 p.m. April 23. When she returned to the 4700 block of Commons Way, the purse was still there, but without her alien card, her California driver’s license and two credit cards. Westlake Village A car window had $100 damage and $3,000 worth of golf equipment and a baseball bat and glove were stolen the night of April 22 in the 32000 block of Agoura Road. The loss was $477 after a jacket, cash and vehicle keys were stolen from a business in the 31900 block of Agoura Road between 1:25 and 1:35 a.m. April 27. An exterior light of a Ridgeford Drive home was broken, possibly by rock-throwing vandal(s), between 9 p.m. and midnight April 25. The damage was $50. Police RSS feed |
