Former city councilman nearly finished with history book on Westlake Village

      Almost two years ago, former Westlake Village city councilman and longtime resident Jim Henderson, 86, was asked by the city council to write a historical book about the city. Henderson just recently finished the text, at about 60,000 words. It will be roughly 150 to 200 pages in book form.
