Four juveniles in a blue Mustang began yelling at a teenage male and his mother as they drove westbound on the 101 Freeway the afternoon of March 3. The subjects followed the mother and son to a parking lot in the 5600 block of Kanan Road with a silver Honda Civic and a gray Mercedes also following.
