February is "National Prevent a Litter Month" throughout the U.S. The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control encourages all pet owners to participate. More ... Healthy Pet will celebrate a grand opening this Sat. and Sun., Feb. 23 and 24, at 1775 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., one-half block west of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, in Thousand Oaks. The grand opening will feature free items, demonstrations and special events.
