Between Nov. 28 and Dec. 28, a camcorder, camera bag and gold medallion with "Jesus" engraved on one side were stolen from a home on Rainbow View Drive. No signs of forced entry were noted in the $1,650 loss.

Stolen from an unlocked car was an organizer valued at $50. The theft occurred the night of Jan. 19 in the 6000 block of Hackers Lane. Compact music discs were also removed from the vehicle but were found nearby and a gas card was stolen from another unlocked vehicle the same night at the same location.

Calabasas

On three consecutive nights (Jan. 15, 16 and 17) a fence and gate were vandalized in the 25200 block of Calabasas Road. Juveniles are possible suspects in the $1,200 loss.

Construction workers had access to a home in the 4300 block of Freedom Drive between 8:30 a.m. Jan. 16 and 6:30 a.m. Jan. 17 when jewelry of undetermined value were stolen.

A Chevy pickup’s window was smashed and an in-dash stereo valued at $350 was stolen following a vehicle break-in between 2 and 6 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 23700 block of Calabasas Road.

Speakers valued at $260 were stolen from a van in the 5100 block of Douglas Fir Road between 3 p.m. Jan. 12 and 5 a.m. Jan. 13.

Two males in their mid-20s are possible suspects after a vehicle was broken into ($150 damage to a window) and an in-dash stereo and amplifier were tampered with during an attempted burglary. One of the suspects was white (6-0, 190) with dark hair and wore a camouflage shirt; the other suspect was black (5-7, 180) and wore an orange shirt. The break-in occurred between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m. Jan. 20 in the 23600 block of Calabasas Road.

Westlake/T.O.

An unknown suspect stole $4,006 in bills and 72 cents in coins from a safe at a restaurant in the second block of S. Westlake Boulevard sometime between Jan. 18 and Jan. 22.

Westlake Village

The loss was $160 after two tires on two cars were slashed the night of Jan. 19 in the 30800 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
