Local realtors pledge to help Alliance

Bob Pearson and Erin Pohl have made a $60,000 pledge to the Alliance for the Arts, the official fundraising arm of the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

"This wonderful donation starts us off on the right direction to accomplishing our $2 million fundraising goal for 2002," said Patricia Jones, president and executive director of the Alliance. With their gift, Pearson and Pohl become members of the Millennium Founders Circle, the Alliance’s most prominent donor support group.

Pearson and Pohl are estate agents with Coldwell Banker at the Promenade in Westlake Village and have been partners since Dec. 2000.

"We became Founders members because we believe in supporting the community that has given us so much," said Pearson.
