The Ahmanson Ranch battle must continue
      The massive and continuing opposition in Calabasas and in the neighboring communities to the Washington Mutual Bank Ahmanson Ranch development project is based on respect for the importance of the quality of living and the rejection of the need to degrade and obliterate our surroundings for the financial benefit of a few.

AHS still taking donations
      The Agoura High School fundraiser show of Nov. 30 was a great success. The show sold out completely, 15 minutes before show time. The show raised close to $5,000, all of which is donated to the Sept. 11 victims. In addition, new toys were collected at the show, for holiday gifts for the children of the Sept. 11 victims.

Soccer playoffs gave her a chance to score
      My team felt sad when we found out that we did not make the playoffs. I think we should have made the playoffs because we just did not have a referee.
