      The glitzy Calabasas Taxpayers Alliance campaign mailers for Frishman and Brower, especially the one which read "Calabasas has some dirty little secrets," were an inflammatory and illicit attack on incumbent candidates Devine and Bozajian, and makes it crystal clear that certain area special interests believe they can win elections using mass circulations of baseless accusations and untruths.
