Wellness Community receives $6,000 grant

The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura has received a $6,000 grant from the Swift Memorial Health Care Foundation. Established in 1984, the Foundation was named in recognition of Dr. Floyd J. Swift and his wife, Ida, who both made significant contributions to the quality of life in Ventura County.

"The Swift Memorial Health Care Foundation has provided funding to the Wellness Community for several years, and we are most grateful for their generosity and support of cancer patients in Ventura County," said Carolyn Kopp, executive director of the Wellness Community Valley/Ventura.
