John W. Olcott, president of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), will speak on the multi-billion dollar private jet industry––specifically on its ability to survive in Los Angeles and how that may impact area businesses–– at a Valley Industry and Commerce Association (VICA) general membership luncheon meeting from noon to 1:30 p.m. next Thurs., Feb. 15 at the Airtel Plaza Hotel, 7277 Valjean in Van Nuys.

Olcott is former editor and publisher of Business and Commercial Aviation magazine. He holds a bachelor of science and master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Princeton University as well as a master’s in general management from Rutgers.
