Classical solo pianist to perform Pianist Carol Dvoran-Lancaster of Simi Valley will present a solo piano recital featuring the works of Haydn, Chopin, Albeniz, De Falla and others at 3 p.m. Sun., Nov. 5 at United Methodist Church of Westlake Village, 1049 Westlake Blvd. (at Hampshire Road). Tickets are $10, the concert is open to the public and parking is free. Dvoran-Lancaster has appeared in concert series in San Francisco, Sacramento and throughout Southern California. A member of the Conejo Valley Branch of the Music Teachers’ Association and formerly on the music faculty of Pasadena City College, she recently joined the Moorpark College Music Department. |
