New courses coming to Jewish Academy in Agoura Hills

Conejo Jewish Academy is still accepting registration for two new classes being offered for the first time during the fall semester of their adult education program.

"Prozac for the Soul — Practical Kaballah" will address how to apply Kabbalistic teachings to the challenges of everyday life. Classes are 8 p.m. Mondays, Oct. 30 through Dec. 18.

"Skeptics and Seekers" will examine some of the difficult yet fundamental issues confronting the Jew who is seeking a closer connection to God.

The seven-week course begins 8 p.m., Wed., Nov. 1.

The registration fee is $25 per course. Rabbi Dov Greenberg will teach these new courses at the Academy, 30345 Canwood St., Agoura Hills.
