Job Fair will be Wednesday

Conejo Valley Adult Education will host its second Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wed., Nov. 1 on the Thousand Oaks campus at 1025 Old Farm Road.

Leading local employers such as Technicolor, Countrywide Home Loans, Target, Conejo Valley Unified School District, Sears, Volt, CDI, Hyatt Hotels and Executive Search Consultants will be on hand to interview job seekers of all levels.

Employers are seeking flexible individuals with a range of skills and experience; full-time and part-time workers will find opportunities for employment.

Recruiters are most interested in speaking with those who have customer service experience or public contact skills. Computer knowledge also is valued.

For those needing computer skills, the Computer Training Center of the Professional Development Center at Conejo Valley Adult Education will be available to answer questions about the proper training to be qualified for these and other jobs.
