Great Pumpkin Run set for Sunday

The 22nd annual Great Pumpkin Runs, the 5K, 10K and 1-Mile Run/Walk and Health Fair will begin with race registration at 7 a.m. Sun., Oct. 29 in the parking lot of the Hyatt Westlake Plaza Hotel. The 5K Devil’s Dash is 8 a.m. followed 8:50 a.m. by the 10K Goblin’s Gallop. At 9 a.m. the 1-Mile Run/Walk Trick or Treat Trot gets underway.

The event offers a scenic course that’s flat and fast; refreshments for all runners; prizes for best costumes; a medal for each child who finishes; and personalized trophies to the top three male and female age group finishers in the 5K and 10K runs.

Participants may register on site or pick up a form at the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce office at 600 Hampshire Road, Ste. 200, Westlake Village.
