Sue Ruttenberg

Sue Ruttenberg, an estates director with Fred Sands Agoura office, has been congratulated by Kathy Mehringer, vice president and regional manager, for receiving her office’s July top producer award for the greatest number of listings transactions.

During the month, Ruttenberg posted five listings valued at $3.6 million.

A member of her firm’s Executives Circle, which represents the top 15 percent of Fred Sands agents, Ruttenberg has been a real estate professional for more than 15 years.

She is a certified relocation specialist, and represents both buyers and sellers throughout Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas.

Ruttenberg is a member of the Fred Sands Estates Division and a senior advisor for the Fred Sands agent training program.
