Next Tuesday is deadline for voter registration

The final date for Californians to register for the Nov. 7 presidential general election is Oct. 10.

Ventura County residents wishing to register may do so at the office of the Ventura County Elections Division in the Hall of Administration, Ventura County Government Center, 800 S. Victoria Ave., Ventura. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Fridays.

Registration forms are available throughout the county at fire stations, post offices, chambers of commerce, libraries, city halls and offices of the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
