     LISA ADAMS/The Acorn A HARDY HARVEST - George Hale, right, wearing a straw hat, started the a corn roast and pot-luck at Thousand Oaks Holy Trinity Lutheran Church three years ago when his corn patch in the garden behind the church grew so much corn he didn't know what to do. So George invited church members together for a corn roast that's become an annual event.
