Top Sellers

Barry Howard, associate vice president of Young Realtors, and Sonia Howard, consistent top producing sales associate, and four-time Diamond Sales Award winners, recently were congratulated by Joan Young, president, for being named the firm’s top sellers during the month of May.

The Howard team sold seven properties for a sales production in excess of $2.4 million and also listed two additional properties for a listing production of nearly $1.1 million for a total production of more than $3.5 million during the 31-day period.

The Howards, 1999 Diamond Sales Award winners, specialize in fine residential and equestrian estates throughout the Conejo Valley and Ventura County.
