Trash containers need reflectors

Shouldn’t the trash companies, which provide the very large green and blue receptacles placed on the street in front of homes to be repaired, be required to have some type of light or reflector placed on the front and back of them to warn drivers of their presence?

Too many times at night, or in foggy weather, they are extremely difficult to see and are extreme hazards.
