Wedding bells ring for AHS graduate

Hallie Beth Sherman, daughter of Agoura Hills residents Gail and Jay Sherman, wed Paul Michael Avolio, son of Rosa and Glenn Avolio of Santa Barbara, in a ceremony and reception at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo this past summer. Rabbi Dan Moskovitz of Temple Judea officiated.

Area residents who were part of the wedding party included Pamela Grabell, Jennifer Moses, Kim Snowden, Eric Sherman and Tom Hudson, whose mother Patty Sue is a science teacher at Lindero Canyon Middle School.

The bride, a 1997 Agoura High School graduate, attended UC Santa Barbara before transferring to UCLA where she graduated cum laude in 2001 with a BA in communications. She’s a sales training manager at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Los Angeles.

The groom attended Santa Barbara City College. After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple is making their home in West L.A.
