For the record There were two errors in The Acorn’s article "Council race gets ugly in Agoura Hills." City Councilman Ed Corridori appointed Harry Schwarz to the planning commission, not City Councilman Dan Kuperberg. Furthermore, Schwarz did not host a fundraising event for Kuperberg, who’s seeking reelection. In last week’s article on a possible parcel tax for Las Virgenes Unified School District, Deputy Superintendent Donald Zimring mentioned several challenges, including parcel tax opponents. When the article said that senior citizens and Republicans were less likely to support a parcel tax, Zimring had referred to a telephone survey by Tramutola, LLC, that was conducted for LVUSD. The results were gleaned from 408 people who were randomly called from voter lists. |
