Local attorney elected to senior’s board

Oak Park resident Michael Goldfarb, 40, founder of the Clarizio, Goldfarb & Rosemblat law partnership in Santa Paula, has been elected to the board of directors of Senior Concerns, a Thousand Oaks-based nonprofit private agency that provides a variety of services for the Conejo Valley’s memory-impaired and special-need elderly and their caregiver families.

"We hope to benefit greatly from Michael’s experience as a trial lawyer in business, employment and labor litigation and an increasing emphasis on elder law," said Senior Concerns Chair Diane Atkinson. "His legal expertise and public speaking skills will broaden our board’s capabilities as we continue to expand our facility and services to help care for a rapidly growing elderly population in Ventura and western Los Angeles counties."

Goldfarb received a B.A. from Concordia University, Montreal and earned his juris doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law, Los Angeles.
