Famed cyclist’s chiropractor to give lecture

Jeff Spencer, DC, chiropractor for Lance Armstrong and the U.S. Postal Service professional cycling team, will be making a presentation with a slide show, "Behind the Scenes at the Tour de France," at 6 p.m. on Fri., March 15 at Sundance Cycles, 5019 Kanan Road, Agoura Hills.

Spencer has been traveling the country to raise awareness and funds for the Lance Armstrong Foundation, which supports cancer research. Armstrong recovered from cancer and inspired many, including those little interested in competitive cycling, with his stamina and determination in posting consecutive victories in the demanding Tour de France endurance race staged each summer.
