Company help needed

Valley Trauma Center, a rape crisis center serving the San Fernando Valley, is urging businesses and organizations to help develop additional resources and join them in prevention education efforts to make the community safer from sexual assault and rape.

"Valley Trauma Center is asking businesses, organizations, community leaders, parents, teachers and students to help us make our homes and our streets safer for women and children," said Patti Dengler, the center’s executive director. "More resources are needed to get prevention information in the hands of every Valley resident, and to support Valley Trauma Center’s extremely busy crisis intervention services.

There is something that everyone can do to help prevent sexual violence. The time is now to get involved and lend a hand."
