NIMBY and As an 11-year resident of Oak Park, I feel it is my responsibility to speak out against the impact that 140,000 sq. ft. of Home Depot will have on my beloved community. The noise, traffic, crime, trucks, foul air and countless other quality of life issues hang in the balance. The greed of Dan Selleck is obvious. The ignorance of pro-growth lazy residents needs only the facts made clear by citizens who have no financial stake in the outcome. Only the quality of their lives. Want another Canoga Park?
