Chamber to take nominations, host Penland Award

The Agoura/Oak Park/Las Virgenes Chamber of Commerce will host their annual luncheon honoring the Los Angeles and Ventura County sheriff’s departments and will present the Penland Award to an outstanding citizen at 11:30 a.m. on Thurs., Oct. 11 at the Canyon Club, Agoura Hills.

Admission is $25 and deadline for submission of applications for the Penland Award will be next Wed., Sept. 5.
