Local resident earns Dean’s List

Erin Stroube of Westlake Village was named to the Spring 2001 Dean’s List at the University of Oregon, Eugene, Ore. To receive this honor, a student must earn a minimum 3.75 grade point average. Stroube, a 2000 graduate of Westlake High School, is majoring in elementary education in the university’s School of Education.

Lindsey Havel, the daughter of Richard and Kathy Havel of Agoura Hills, made the Dean’s List for the Spring 2001 semester at the University of San Diego. Havel, who will graduate in December, earned Second Honors with a grade point average between 3.33 and 3.64 for the semester. A 1997 graduate of Agoura High School, she is majoring in communications.
