      Five candidates will vie for three open seats on the Las Virgenes Unified School District Board of Education when voters go to the polls Tues., Nov. 6. The filing deadline was extended from Aug. 10 until Aug. 15 because two of the incumbents, Charlotte Meyer and Amy Berns, decided not to run.
