in restitution

L.A. County D.A. to speak here Steve Cooley, the newly elected Los Angeles County District Attorney, will be the keynote speaker at the Agoura/Las Virgenes Chamber of Commerce installation luncheon later this month. Cooley defeated incumbent Gil Garcetti in the November general election. The Agoura Hills luncheon will feature the swearing in of the Chamber’s new board of directors, including the newly elected president, Alex Soteras. The 39-year-old Soteras was given much of the credit for revitalizing the Chamber’s lagging membership, which increased to almost 400 members last year. More...
