Circus art and music magic come to T.O.

San Francisco's New Pickle Circus

San Francisco’s New Pickle Circus and Oakland’s a cappella ensemble SoVoSo will blend voice, body and spirit in a special "Circus of Song" for one performance only at 7 p.m., Fri., Jan. 26 in the Fred Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

The show will feature a unique blending of rhythm and blues, comedic characterizations, acrobatic dance and vocal jazz. Blending traditional circus arts with the expansive range of vocal artists was a long-held dream of artistic director Tandy Beal.

Tickets for the 90-minute Performances To Grow On show are $18 adults, $14 children and are available at the Civic Arts Plaza box office, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks, or by phone charge at (805) 650-9688 or TicketMaster at (805) 583-8700. For details on the performance, please call (805) 646-8907.
