‘HELPING JAILBIRDS’– Westlake Village City Councilman Chris Mann, left, and Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station Capt. John O’Brien, are arrested by bailiff George Cochane. The two recently volunteered to do a "little time behind bars" at Westlake Village Inn to raise money for the annual Muscular Dystrophy pre-Telethon.
