new oak tree ordinance

Homeowners will soon find it easier and less expensive to obtain an oak tree permit in Calabasas, thanks to the City Council’s approval of a new oak tree ordinance last week. The original oak tree ordinance was adopted in August of 1992 and has not been changed since. In the beginning of 1999, an oak tree ordinance task force was formed to begin revising the ordinance.
