PICKIN' STRAWBERRIES - Westlake Village resident Kevin Bock, 12, a Lindero Canyon Middle School student, does a little Sunday shopping at the Farmers' Market that's open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays in the parking lot of the Landing near the lake in Westlake Village. The city recently granted the controversial marketplace a provisional, one-year permit. Nearby residents opposed the market for a variety of reasons.
